The Hamilton Santa Claus Parade Committee has some exciting news this year.
WE HAVE A NEW PARADE ROUTE!
Due to changes in the downtown core and the coming work for the LRT, we have moved the parade up the mountain. We will be starting the parade on Upper Sherman and Acadia Drive. We will head North on Upper Sherman to Limeridge Road, then West to Lime Ridge Mall. The parade will travel down the backside of the Lime Ridge parking lot ending in the North East corner.
With the new route we will also be starting the parade at a new time. This years parade will be held on November 16th, 2024 at 2:00 PM. This new start time has allowed us to work with Cadillac Fairview for some Parade related events at Lime Ridge Mall.
We will be starting our parade again this year with our annual food drive. Mission services will be collecting non-perishable food items and any financial donations. We ask that everyone show your generosity for those who require the valuable aid that Mission Services provide.
